Steve Murimi

I am a Cloud Architect with a unique combination of Law, Business education, Software engineering and AWS / Google cloud certifications. I graduated from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa with a Bachelor's degree in Law and from Strathmore University with a Diploma in Business Information and Technology. I also completed the AWS re/Start program, where I gained hands-on experience and earned my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential. As a Cloud Architect, I have designed and implemented several cloud solutions that comply with the Well Architected Framework, using AWS services such as Autoscaling, Load Balancers, Terraform, and GitHub. I have also demonstrated my creative problem-solving and quick thinking skills in the AWS Game Jam, where I placed third as a solo participant. I am passionate about delivering high-quality cloud solutions that meet client needs and best practices, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools. I am an active team manager of two motorsports teams and a long-distance runner and cyclist, showing my determination, grit, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
