• Ensure that data is captured and entered both in the case files and in the tablet (Dhis2 App) accurately
• Visiting clients on weekly and daily bases by providing comprehensive care and treatment to both Orphans and vulnerable children and exposed mothers respectively.
• Ensure that identified and tested positive clients are referred to the facility for Art initiation which involves ensuring that Clients are initiated on treatment the same day they are tested with all baseline investigation done.
• Link clients for Pep/Prep, ensuring that all those at High risk of getting HIV infection such as pregnant women with HIV Positive partners, sero-discordant couples, and sex workers are put on Pre Exposure Prophylaxis.
