Main Responsibilities:

• Management, supervision and coordination of the Design, Implementation, and Installation stages of a Photovoltaic Solar System (PV Solar System) in the RRC in Guatemala City, seeking to obtain an autonomy of no less than 80% of demand and consumption. This includes the development, design, supply, and installation of charging stations for mobile devices powered by photovoltaic energy at the RRC, as well as the development, structuring, editing, and proofreading of the Maintenance Manual for the photovoltaic solar system and charging stations.
• Management and supervision of the execution of physical and administrative progress of construction projects including refurbishments, improvements, and readjustments in RRC in Guatemala City.
• Coordinate, along with the government stakeholders, the planning and execution activities of the Construction and Renewable Energy projects.

• Elaboration of the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the bidding process for new Construction and Renewable Energy projects. Execution of these bidding processes and follow-up to the contracting process of the selected bidder for each project.

  Main Achievements:

• Delivered a renewable energy project within established timelines, budget, quality, and scope. Achieved 100% execution of the project, meeting all objectives. A Photovoltaic Solar System divided into 2 sub-systems, each one with their own solar panels, grid-tied inverters, battery inverters and battery banks.
• Developed, designed, supplied, and installed 5 charging stations for mobile devices with innovative designs, and powered by an independent photovoltaic solar system. The system includes its own solar panels, a charge controller, an inverter, a battery bank, and a timer. The five charging stations can charge a total of 104 mobile devices.
• Developed, structured, edited, and proofread the Maintenance Manual for the photovoltaic solar system and charging stations.
• Completed 25 different refurbishments, improvements, and readjustments necessary to enhance the RRC’s physical installations. Complied with the project’s timeline, budget, quality, and scope. Achieved 100% execution of the project.
• Forged, maintained, and increased a long-term relationship with the government stakeholders.
• Prepared 3 systematization documents. 1 for the Photovoltaic Solar System project, 1 for the Civil Works Project, and 1 including both projects.
• Elaborated the TOR’s needed for the execution of the full bidding process, including field visits, for the Construction and Renewable Energy projects. Obtained contractors for the Civil Works project, the Design stage of the PV Solar System project, and the Implementation and Installation stages for the PV project.
• Prepared estimated budgets that were used internally for the required procedures prior to the approval of each project.

• Interpretation of the information from video calls between sellers and customers for the preparation of budgets and required quotes to be presented to the customers.
• Search and interpretation of the development and construction regulations and codes of the U.S. cities in which the projects were located. Evaluating if the projects complied with the regulations and codes or if any kind of permit was necessary to be considered in the budget and for the different construction phases.
• Use of satellite tools, such as Google Maps and Google Earth Pro, for measuring projects, identification of potential complications and risks, as well as other relevant considerations.

• Editing and preparation of titles and questions of different academic subjects from College, High School, and Middle School students, and to be answered by expert writers in such subjects.
• Correcting grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation errors in the original titles and questions. Organizing and re-phrasing of the questions when these were poorly written.
• Use of editing tools, such as LaTeX code, to recreate formulas provided in the titles and questions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical and analytical research for the “Metro Riel” Project, consisting of a passenger train connecting the North and South of Guatemala City, with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) funding.
• Research and updating of technical information of Fegua’s properties in Puerto Barrios and Chiquimula cities. Using field and cabinet information, conducting registry research, documentary investigation, technical analysis, diagnosis and complementing with additional documentation for each of Fegua’s lots.
• Technical studies on the general and physical location, geometry, and adjacencies of specific Fegua’s real estate in Puerto Barrios city, including the required blueprints.
• Debugging, ordering, updating and digitalization of physical and digital files, as well as existing blueprints of the Engineering unit.
• Transcription of certifications of the Cadastral Information Registry of several estates of Fegua.
• Field monitoring and supervision for the preservation of railway infrastructure, inventory of movable and immovable property. Including the current physical conditions of Fegua’s real estate.
• Field inspections determining the level of unlawful occupations on the railroad track in various regions of the republic.

• Elaboration of blueprints for the maintenance projects of Fegua’s real estate.

  Main Achievements:

• Obtained diverse technical and analytical information for the “Metro Riel” Project.
• Prepared and presented over 40 technical files with updated information and their progress of Fegua’s lots in Puerto Barrios and Chiquimula cities to the Management of the Institution. Including registration documents, data sheets, technical diagnoses, blueprints, and other relevant information of real estate and technical interest.
• Over 20 technical studies prepared for specific Fegua’s real estate in Puerto Barrios city.
• Over 55 files and 20 blueprints of the Engineering unit were debugged, ordered, updated, and digitalized.
• Transcribed over 28 certifications of the Cadastral Information Registry of some Fegua’s estates.
