- Coordinate, along with the government stakeholders, the planning and execution activities of the Construction and Renewable Energy projects.
Elaboration of the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the bidding process for new Construction and Renewable Energy projects. Execution of these bidding processes and follow-up to the contracting process of the selected bidder for each project.
Main Achievements:
- Delivered a renewable energy project within established timelines, budget, quality, and scope. Achieved 100% execution of the project, meeting all objectives. A Photovoltaic Solar System divided into 2 sub-systems, each one with their own solar panels, grid-tied inverters, battery inverters and battery banks.
- Developed, designed, supplied, and installed 5 charging stations for mobile devices with innovative designs, and powered by an independent photovoltaic solar system. The system includes its own solar panels, a charge controller, an inverter, a battery bank, and a timer. The five charging stations can charge a total of 104 mobile devices.
- Developed, structured, edited, and proofread the Maintenance Manual for the photovoltaic solar system and charging stations.
- Completed 25 different refurbishments, improvements, and readjustments necessary to enhance the RRC’s physical installations. Complied with the project’s timeline, budget, quality, and scope. Achieved 100% execution of the project.
- Forged, maintained, and increased a long-term relationship with the government stakeholders.
- Prepared 3 systematization documents. 1 for the Photovoltaic Solar System project, 1 for the Civil Works Project, and 1 including both projects.
- Elaborated the TOR’s needed for the execution of the full bidding process, including field visits, for the Construction and Renewable Energy projects.
