Assist in preparing short-term and long-term plans, and establishing a budget with the Vice President, Financial for the anticipated costs of operations; ensures the budgeted costs are achieved and cost objectives are met;
Ensure the Corporation has the financing in place to carry out its short and long-term plans;
Oversee operating policies and objectives, and ensure the implementation of the approved policies and objectives;
Monitor operations of the Corporation’s assets;
Develop and implement performance and talent management tools;
Develop and implement corporate policies and objectives.
Ensure proper Risk Management system is set in place to identify and manage all relevant risks that Aerhmetal is exposed to.
Ensure sustainability is well incorporated into the management and operations of the company
Establish the strategy, vision, values and behaviours for the Corporation, as well as develop and maintain the company’s goal to operate in the highest and sustainable standards of the industry
Maintain existing strategic alliances and develop new strategic alliances and consider possible merger or acquisition transactions with other mining and/or mineral exploration companies/investors that would be constructive for the Corporation’s business and would help enhance shareholder value.
Ensure the availability and coordination of qualified and competent personnel; Provide leadership regarding the business and affairs of the Corporation; Provide management to various responsible officers and leaders of the Corporation; Oversee the relationship between the Corporation and the public; Provide a culture of high ethics throughout the organization and; Lead and manage the Corporation within the guidelines and strategic direction approved by the Board (when established).

❖Development and implementation of ESG Performance for clients in different industries including Extractive, Financial Institutions, Managed Care etc.
❖ Development of Sustainability Strategy Framework, and Implementation Guideline including the
Development of Signature Sustainability Initiative for a holding company in Nigeria.
❖ The Provision of consultancy services for the development of a sustainability enhancement plan for a
Telecoms infrastructure provider.
❖ Development of Sustainability Learning platform to aid several multinational companies in training their staff on sustainability policies, strategies and practices.
❖ Training on climate change and sustainability to different sectors including Financial Institutions, Energy, & the oil and gas.
❖ Development of ISSB Gap Assessment (IFRS S1 & S2) for Managed Care Industry client, Extractive Industry client and a Financial Institution as well as implementation of recommendations.
❖ ESG Support services and Sustainability materiality Assessment for a leading Telecoms company in Nigeria.

-Responsible for providing technical support to the Oil Spill Preparedness, Detection and Response activities of the Agency;
-Interfaced between oil operators (upstream and downstream) and host communities;
-Reviewed reports from Zonal Offices; wrote technical reports and minutes of meetings;
-Conducted Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of projects;
-Developed and reviewed oil spill contingency plans for and from Oil Industry Operators respectively;
-Collaboratively developed a Risk Based Framework/Screening Levels (RBSL) for management of land and groundwater contamination in the Niger Delta, based on Conceptual Site Models (CSMs) of the Niger Delta;
-Reviewed reports of Joint Investigation Visits (JIV) to oil spill impacted sites;
