Inspect the condition of books before and after check-out to ascertain any damage on behalf of the student
Manage inquiries over the counter and via email or telephone
Manage the payment of fines

Receive stock (GRN)
Dispatch and invoice orders
Follow up on orders and queries
Capture PODs and send them to the client
Oversee stock taking and variances
Pull stock sheets
Compile daily sales reports
Manage the account with the stock controller

Provide health and safety assistance
Oversee typing toolbox talk
Conduct site inspections
Weighbridge assistance and figures capturing
General administrative support including filling and typing documents
