Over the past 15+ years I've worked across operations, growth, partnerships and marketing at companies including Uber, Kasha, Antler, MARA and most recently XENO. I enjoy building the systems behind growth, improving customer journeys, designing scalable operating processes, and turning messy ideas into repeatable execution. My experience spans growth operations, customer lifecycle management, GTM strategy, CRM optimisation, partnerships, experimentation, marketing operations and cross-functional programme management.
