Documented and reported claims above the agreed deductibles to the reinsurers and pursued recovery where necessary
Ensured that the company set retentions were maintained for all policies issued
Participated in successful renewal of the reinsurance program and timely submission of the cover notes to IRA before the deadline
Other Successful projects: Member Marine and Aviation Technical Committee and successfully conducted the first Aviation Underwriting training for the industry in October 2014, Part of five-member team appointed by the board in June 2014 to stabilize the IT system. Project completed successfully.
