Tabitha Muthoni Maina is an Experienced and passionate administrative support enthusiast turned Social worker and caregiver who has by choice dedicated her life to social protection to serve the vulnerable and needy in our community. On a normal day, you will find Tabitha surrounded by a group of women, children, or youths in the middle of a conversation that has no definite flow but one that is as engaging as it can get. Tabitha is a social butterfly, Humorous and very much in touch with her Humanity, and never afraid to get raw and vulnerable when the situation dictates. Because of her experience in administration, Tabitha has served in various capacities in Logistics, Procurement, Facilities Management, Fleet management, and warehousing, She is currently serving in Social protection in various capacities such as Shelter management in a protection rescue center for residents, women, children, adolescent and youth rescued from the community due to their physical insecurity. the most current role is that of protection personnel working to initiate and promote active youth participation in community engagements, youth empowerment, and involvement. Tabitha has gained experience and thrives in creating and maintaining meaningful and relevant relationships through networking and social engagement, connections that have come in handy in many situations in the course of dispensing her duties and functions as an interlocutor. Tabitha thrives and finds joy and fulfillment in servant leadership, Guided by the core value of serving for the Glory of God and the good of Humanity. - To accompany the Students through their journey during learning and after as we navigate the complexity of professional and personal development in preparation for joining the labor market or entrepreneur.
- As a Liaison - Link services providers (NGOs, Private investors, Government) with the community (the youth) and the youth to the service providers.
- Information gathering, analysis, and dissemination to create awareness and sensitize the stakeholders in Youth protection on the needs of the youth both from the refugee and host communities. Offer feedback to and from.
- Offer assistance, Guidance, or directions during a job search, application, preparation for interviews, and whatever help may be needed during the transition from student to job market.

at the safe shelter for GBV survivors - my role as a caregiver and social worker, is to accompany survivors of GBV and other abuses through their journey to recovery and self-rediscovery through day-to-day administrative support and center management.
Ensure the center environment is conducive to supporting Healing, Recovery, and Rediscovery in terms of capacity building the women, adolescents, and youth by equipping them with life skills to support their reintegration into the community after recovery.
Offer Psychosocial support through PFA,
Provide information, guidance, referral, and linkage to specialized service whenever its needed.
