1- Hiring the right staff
I am hiring the right staff for arranging interviews, coordinating recruitment efforts and preparing new employees, they are also responsible for making sure that all the paperwork related to someone’s recruitment of someone is filled out and to ensure that everything is successfully navigated from day one to every day later
2- Payroll processing
I calculate taxes and collect hours on each payment day, expenses must be paid and increases and bonuses must also be added.
3- Keeping records of employees
Keep employee records because these records help employers identify skills gaps to help with the recruitment process, analyse demographic data, and comply with regulations, also contain personal details and emergency contacts for each employee.
4- Job evaluation
I evaluate the job and it includes comparing different jobs in terms of qualification, quality, availability of workers, work location, working times, economic situation, job responsibility and how much value this job adds to the organisation, the idea behind job evaluation is that similar jobs should be remunered similarly.
5- Perform benefit analysis
I stay competitive because it is so important when trying to attract the best talent, a promising recruiter may choose a different company with less pay if the benefits are more attractive, I should routinely check in similar companies to see if their advantages are compatible.
6- The rewards
Rewarding employees for their work is an impossible job to miss, rewards include salary, but also growth, career opportunities, status, recognition, good organisational culture, and pathological balance between work and life. I set a reward for each of the work something that benefits the company.
