Sales Operations Analyst – M-KOPA South Africa
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Function: Sales Operations
Type: Contract
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales team in driving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a keen eye for process improvement.
About the role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Sales team, influence key operational processes, and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the department. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about optimizing sales operations, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Sales and other functions to resolve complaints and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain and update the DSR database, ensuring accurate and timely registration of all DSRs.
Organize regular meetings and coordinate logistics to support Sales team activities.
Manage sales-related communications, including calls and SMS to DSRs regarding promotions, updates, and engagement initiatives.
Monitor non-selling DSRs to maintain a churn rate below 10%.
Ensure DSR complaints are escalated and resolved within agreed timelines.
Manage the Sales department’s leave schedule and coordinate DSR-related activities.
Prepare and deliver accurate reports on Sales Operations metrics and other required administrative data.
Ensure all registered DSRs have signed contract forms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment; exposure to CRM systems is preferred.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Fluency in English and Pidgin.
Process-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure.
