Job Description
Reddit is seeking an experienced sales leader responsible for building and growing key global partnerships that are of substantial revenue-generating importance. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans for each global account, focusing on engagement, growth, and long-term partnership, leveraging Reddit’s capabilities and solutions. This role’s overarching responsibility is to elevate our global strategic partnerships, business operations, and teams across all markets. You will oversee a team of Sales Managers within our Global Strategic Accounts function. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of leadership, strategic planning, client relationship expertise, and a passion for building scalable global solutions.
This role is required to be based out of San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of Sales Managers, Client Partners, and Account Managers, focused on Reddit’s most complex and valuable global partnerships.
- Drive global revenue growth by identifying opportunities in both new and existing markets and negotiating and managing Joint Business Partnership (JBP) agreements with partners.
- Develop and implement scalable global playbooks and industry-specific strategies.
- Serve as the connective tissue across regions by centralizing communication structures and consolidating product requests.
- Work across internal teams - regional sales, marketing, product, and business development - to ensure partner goals are met and expectations exceeded. Act as a liaison to ensure that client feedback is communicated effectively to product and leadership teams.
- Champion thought leadership by driving the global JBP framework, representing the voice of sales with global partners, and seeding and growing a Global Council.
- Build and strengthen senior executive relationships with partners through strategic engagements, trust-building, and consistent knowledge sharing.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination with internal teams to deliver a unified, world-class client experience.
- Ensure alignment of global goals with the company’s overall business strategy.
- Proactively identify next-generation GSA partnerships and expand the client roster annually or biannually.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-region education sessions, events, and summits to align internal and external stakeholders.
Otros requisitos
- 15+ years experience in digital media sales and/or marketing.
- 8-10+ years of people management experience within sales.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, media planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience with global deal structuring and revenue forecasting.
- Proven ability to consult on and optimize partner measurement models to align with business goals.
- Proven track record of scaling global partnership programs and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker who aligns market trends, partner needs, and platform strengths to uncover high-impact business opportunities.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing cross-regional teams.
- Strong executive presence and experience building C-level relationships across enterprise partners.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Prior startup or high-growth experience preferred, builders wanted!
