What you’ll do:
- Embed a Culture of Accountability
Lead and perform regular control assessments and audits to ensure full alignment with internal policies and evolving regulatory expectations - Build a Scalable Control Monitoring Framework
Design a structured, repeatable process for reviewing and reporting on key controls — ensuring proactive oversight and timely escalation of any risks or deficiencies. - Test, Validate, and Strengthen
Continuously evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls. Execute robust testing programs and establish ongoing monitoring to drive high-impact assurance. - Investigate Issues, Drive Resolution
Own the root cause analysis of control breakdowns. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective actions that are both effective and sustainable. - Optimise Through Collaboration
Work closely with process owners to integrate smart, efficient control activities that support business agility without compromising risk management standards. - Empower Through Education
Deliver targeted training and guidance to employees, enabling a clear understanding of internal controls, compliance expectations, and best practices. Deliver Insight with Impact

Otros requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, internal control, risk management, or a related role.
- Deep understanding of internal control frameworks, control principles, control testing strategies, control automation and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
