Project Objective: To research, design, and deliver new Body & Dashcam solutions to NAJM’s fleet management team for accident recording.
Project outcome: Solid solutions ready for kingdom-wide use and to ensure everyone rights as well.
Responsibilities: I evaluated the feasibility of the new solution and, based on the result, created a Project charter along with the vendor. I identified major stakeholders whose involvement would have an impact on the project and vice versa. Planned the scope of the project while considering time and cost and quality. Coordinated the execution of the research & development of the solution by IT business operations & vendors. Review and approve Milestones and phases. Body & Dashcam implemented and project signed off by sponsor.
