Work closely with operation team to study and identify needed workforce through workload analysis
Participate in preparing the annual recruitment plan.
Responsible for all recruitment and selection processes for both blue and white collars.
Follow up performance appraisal and provided technical support for Managers.
Develop job analysis and descriptions.
Participate in developing job Evaluation and grading system
Responsible for implementing employee engagement activities and culture surveys.

Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Source candidates through multiple channels, such as internet posting, employee referrals.
Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
Handle all Hiring processes, starting from preparing employee files, social insurance forms, employees' bank accounts and any other relevant tasks.
Organize and Keep employee files.
Coordinate all activities related to governmental organizations such as labor office and social insurance.
Support in the Blue Collars Salaries and Exit Interviews.

Support in all HR Functions.
Track day to day attendance system.
Calculate payroll transactions.
Assist in hiring and termination process.
Build and update employee databases.
