Education * Training & Development * Innovation * Entrepreneurship * Fundraising * Project Management My passion for education and people´s development has led me to Junior Achievement (JA), a global NGO that creates, develops and implements hands-on educational programs and experiences related to entrepreneurship education, work readiness and financial literacy for young people. My great fulfillment in JA and in life was the opportunity to leave a footprint: in students, teachers, volunteers, business people I dealt with, contributing to the success of future generations, planning and finding new strategies for new challenges. My role as country manager of JA in Portugal was to increase the footprint of the organization. This unique experience allowed me to develop and enhance competencies of strategic thinking, managing people and impactful projects, training and development, leadership, entrepreneurship education, career counseling, skills for employability, fundraising, social innovation, managing partnerships/ communities and corporate citizenship.
