Initiated Fleetco’s long-term leasing operations from company creation, including the initial full-maintenance leasing project with EDM.
Developed operating models, procedures, work instructions, targets, and performance indicators for the operations department.
Managed suppliers, SLAs, preventive and corrective maintenance, historical maintenance costs, utilization profiles, and performance reports.
Contributed to cost control, contractor assessment, and continuous improvement practices in a corporate fleet environment.
