- Strategic Partnership and Development
• Establish and Formalize Alliances: Build and coordinate strong, formalized collaborations with essential stakeholders, including local associations and cooperatives, public entities, traditional practitioners, health professionals, research institutions (e.g., in organic agriculture/agronomy), and committed businesses.
• Local Capacity Building: Support local structures in their formalization, reinforcement, and sustainable management. This includes promoting economic growth and ensuring the inclusion of women and youth.
• International Representation: Actively participate in regional and international cooperation events to promote the natural and intangible heritage related to the organization's sites.
• Field Coordination: Conduct regular field missions to primary sites (including Vohimana, Mont Passot, and others) to ensure technical monitoring and effective coordination of local projects. - Resource Mobilization and Financial Management
• Fund Seeking: Proactively identify funding opportunities and assist in the submission of applications for non-funded projects, targeting external donors and ensuring the allocation of necessary resources (human, financial, material).
• Financial Sustainability: Monitor project budgets, implement cost management strategies, and ensure the financial profitability of income-generating activities (e.g., essential oils, ecotourism services).
• Compliance and Transparency: Ensure transparency and compliance with donor reporting requirements and manage financial data. - Communication and Visibility
• Enhance Visibility: Execute communication plans to increase the organization's visibility among partners, donors, and the public, promoting financing and new partnerships.
• Reporting: Prepare and disseminate regular informational updates, including the Annual Report and communication materials (visuals, presentations, discourses), detailing project progress and impact.
• Data Management: Support the efficient management of project data, assisting in the collection and analysis of geographical, biological, ecological, social, and economic information to aid strategic decision-making.
