In my part-time role leading Veldhoen + Company’s Global Practice Development work stream, I’m working with colleagues in Global Marketing, Business Development, and Research & Data streams to understand and respond to customer demands for learning content and advisory services.

I have designed a process to launch new products internally (including training and communications with our global colleagues). I’m currently refining the L&D product strategy for 2024.

Previously, I published a white paper investigating the impact of ABW using over 40,000 individual survey responses. I spoke on multiple panels on data, change management, and integrating HR with Real Estate.
