The job entails annotation of data used to train AI models. As a quality analyst, the main responsibility is to check the quality of annotations done by the data annotators to reduce and eliminate inaccuracies and ensure safety of the data used to train the models. My major achievement will be gaining recognition to be selected as a coach to guide annotators that fall below quality thresholds. This contributes to more than 95% of the team meeting the accuracy score of 100% on a daily basis.
