This research aimed to assess the prevalence of jigger infestation and its effects on the physical, social, and psychological well-being of affected community members. The study investigated risk factors, health outcomes, and challenges faced by individuals living with jiggers, highlighting the broader public health implications. Findings are intended to inform awareness campaigns, preventive strategies, and community-based interventions to reduce infestation and improve overall health and quality of life.
