Systems Developer and Solutions Architect with a decade spent building and managing various automation and payments processing systems in the Banking and Financial sectors. Proven ability to design and implement solutions that help increase efficiency and reduce cost in business processes. Managed technical application support for clients of Sybrin’s Banking and Financial Software products in Uganda such as Absa Bank and DTB Uganda.
Oversaw product improvements in the DTB Uganda Account Opening product that led to a reduction in turnaround time from two days to thirty minutes and allowed for a transition to paperless processing of numerous associated internal banking operations delivering cost, efficiency and environmental benefits.
Joined the Sybrin team that Implemented and deployed the client-side systems that enabled the transition to cheque truncation in Uganda for Sybrin’s clients.

Led the team that developed strategies, software and tools to manage the Extraction, Processing and Storage of data coming from Ground Up’s clients and partners.
