Operations Management:
● Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of HUSK Power Systems in the country where you are operating. This Includes managing the company's operations, production, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Team Management:
● Leading and managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management whilst providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success and alignment with the company.
Business Development:
● Responsible for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to expand HUSK Power Systems' operations in the country, this involves building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new markets, assessing potential business opportunities, and developing strategies for growth.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
● Developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reporting for the country operations, including monitoring expenses, revenue, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-effective measures to optimize financial performance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
● Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, including identifying and mitigating operational risks, implementing appropriate controls, and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance:
● Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of HUSK Power Systems' products and services in the country, this would involve monitoring and analysing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
● Responsible for preparing regular reports and analysis on operational performance, financials, and other key metrics. involve data collection, analysis, and presentation to support decision-making and strategic planning

Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
● Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implementing appropriate measures to protect employees, customers, and the environment. This would involve risk assessments, training programs, and monitoring of compliance.
Strategy and Planning:
● Contributing to the development and implementation of country-specific strategies and plans in alignment with HUSK Power Systems' overall goals and objectives. This would involve market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive business growth and success.

Scrutinizing updated data from the Rural Energy Agency (REA) and other sources for site selection
Site selection analysis and feasibility study for the identified areas
Developing a pipeline of sites for conformity and vetting
Site surveys and customer data collection viz as vi current energy utilization
Local legal, policy, and regulatory framework, permitting, and compliance requirements
Lead negotiations on long-term contracts and agreements with key partners to increase value from customer service and management activities with local authorities

Running marketing campaigns at the new mini-grid sites to acquire customers and then train them to use electricity in the best possible manner
Managed site customer team and coordinated with site-level operations team to increase Husk customer penetration to over 80% of the total population within 12 months
To ensure that each mini-grid site has a mix of at least 50% of revenue coming from commercial Customers (shops, restaurants, agro-processing mills, telecom towers, etc.)
Increasing revenue by driving energy demand through internal programs and marketing campaigns to promote productive uses of electricity
Develop an appliance sales strategy to encourage our customers to acquire well-known branded Appliances like LED TVs, brushless ceiling fans, refrigerators and freezers
Develop customer service processes and service level agreements

Service Response Management: Respond to all service requests promptly and meet or exceed Company customer service standards
Last Mile Inventory Management: To ensure safe & and effective flow of inventory in the last mile distribution meets company operating procedures and processes consistently.
Flagship Store Management: In charge of day-to-day Operations of the retail shops in my service territory including management of Retail Officer(s).
Management of Operation Expenditure To prepare & and implement budgets, and financial reporting for all field & and retail shop expenses, Service agent commissions, Staff overtime, etc.
Business Performance Tracking: To conduct daily tracking & and analysis of KPIs and other metrics to identify critical patterns and recommend appropriate actions.
Staff Oversight & Management: To facilitate individual/ group check-ins to drive efficiency and accountability down the organization. Oversight of daily Operations of the Field Service Officers and Retail officers
Performance reviews: Asses performance for both Service & Retail officers and complete Service Officer scorecards on monthly and quarterly basis

Supervise the Regional Service Department: To oversee the data tracking of the region including customer top-up behavior, service tasks, and auditing.
Oversight over employees which involves the delivery process and developing plans for expansion to new service areas and sharing with other stakeholders for implementation
Assist in the development and implementation of the recruitment, training, and auditing programs of Contractors.
Periodic performance review for service officers and share recommendations with the human resource department for action
Manage petty cash for the department: Follow financial and reporting policies, project forms, financial forms, and other administrative duties as required to fulfill the position.

Plan & and design tools for rewarding and encouraging positive customer behaviors aiming at a long business relationship, reducing delinquencies & and churn.
Coordinates and collaborates with other departments of the corporation in establishing and carrying out responsibilities
Work with the Call Centre, Service, and Sales Teams to meet service targets by collaborating on areas of overlap, communicating regularly, and recommending strategies for improvement.
To provide leadership in coordinating between regional departments by facilitating strong inter-departmental communication.

Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets; Selling travel products and tour packages;
Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records and dealing with customer inquiries on aiming to meet their expectations;
Taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers;
Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, in advance;
Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and retention of staff as well as payroll matters and staff training

Managing client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service, acting on client feedback, monitoring staff & and team performance
To schedule myself on the front during peak operation hours, checking on all standards of services, and cleanliness, meeting and assisting in the check-in of VIP guests.
Ensure that all the revenue collection per shift is stored in custody and given to the finance department.
To ensure that all areas of responsibility are properly staffed and trained of employees • Attending daily management meetings as per company policy in the absence of the front office manager.

To offer our guests a friendly and efficient service at all times, taking into account the established service standards and Management Guidelines
Ensure a good performance-oriented working environment within the department and motivate team members.
Inform team members regularly on all new and current offers of the hotel and monitor their strategies in daily business
