We're searching for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to be part of our Mid-Market Sales team in San Francisco! As a Client Account Manager, you'll work closely with Client Partners to assist agencies and advertisers in achieving their marketing goals on the rapidly expanding Reddit platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Client Partners to exceed clients’ marketing objectives.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive Reddit revenue growth.
- Lead and execute campaign launches and offer insightful optimization recommendations.
- Act as the primary contact for account operations, managing revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues.
- Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and advertising best practices.
- Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, crafting thoughtful media plans.
- Work with Ad Ops to ensure campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze campaign performance data to develop KPI-driven recommendations.
- Identify and pitch upsell opportunities to clients for account growth.
- Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Influence Reddit’s native ad product roadmap with client feedback and metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive solution execution.
- Mentor and train other team members.
Other requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in advertising sales and account management
- Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
- Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend
- Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
- Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
