Personal Assistant to Director - Projects 
 

We are looking for a personal assistant to join us for 1 year to support our Management Committee in executing and organizing the functional operations.

Requirements:

• Be a passed finalist in a professional qualification in Secretarial or completed a professional such as CIM or CIMA/ Graduate, available to work fulltime.

• With 2 – 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/ administration or other related area. 

• Be able to work with multiple stakeholders with strong bias for action.

• Be able to support in actioning out administrative tasks related to any functional engagement.
