Do you know what employers say the most desirable skills are? They are “workplace readiness skills.” Workplace readiness is a mix of personal skills, people skills, communication skills and professional traits that will make you a successful employee.
Workplace readiness skills can range from teamwork, integrity, communication, problem-solving, work ethic and taking initiative. It’s the difference between emailing a 3 paragraph essay to ask your boss one question [don’t do this] 🙅‍♀️ and sending a short note that gets your point across in one sentence 👏 [do this]!
In this workshop, Iyad will guide you through your first day on the job. He will help you understand what the expectations are and how you should behave. You will also have plenty of time to ask questions for specific workplace situations you want help with.
🚨This session is NOT recorded, so if you miss it you will not be able to watch it later.
