Besan Abu-Joudeh believes in the power of people. She is a technology consultant by day and life coach at night. Her coaching business, Pause Impact, supports impact professionals to reflect and realign with their purpose. 
From 2016-2019, Besan was CEO and co-founder of BuildPalestine, a platform to connect supporters around the world with innovative, social impact projects in Palestine. She now continues to support the organization as a board member. 
Besan has a background in international development and is passionate about creating economic opportunity in the Middle East. She graduated from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania and completed an MSc. in Development Economics at SOAS. Previously, she worked with the Office of the Quartet in Jerusalem, and A.T. Kearney in Dubai and Washington D.C.
