Amr Awadallah oversees Cloud Developer Relations, including the overall Cloud Information Experience, Advocacy and Developer Program Engineering. Prior to joining Google in Nov 2019, Amr co-founded Cloudera in 2008 and as CTO, he spent the last 11 years working closely with enterprise customers and developers around the world. He also served as vice president of product intelligence engineering at Yahoo! and ran one of the very first organizations to use Hadoop for big data analysis and business intelligence. Amr received his PhD in EE from Stanford University (thesis was on leveraging virtual machines to implement internet scale applications), and his Bachelor and Master Degrees from Cairo University, Egypt.

Hi . Mr./Mrs. After Greeting I want to ask you about the way of having a good position in an online jobs.. and what are the main characteristics of the employee who is applying for that kind of jobs

What career trends do you anticipate for the future of the Technology industry? And what can we do today to ensure that we are equipped with the appropriate tools so that robots don't take over our jobs 10 years from now?

From my modest research experience, I noticed that the MENA region is not riding the Cloud Computing wave, or using it with limited capabilities. My questions are 1. Do you agree that the MENA region lacks the IT infrastructure that the Cloud requires? Is there a direct correlation between infrastructure and widespread of Cloud based CRM/ ERP? 2. What is your vision on how to improve so that we are not falling behind and trying to play catch with the rest of the modern world when it comes to Cloud Computing?
