STRUCTURED FINANCE GROUP
-Responsible for creating Covered Bond's performance overview (quarterly) reports for the EMEA region.
-Providing support to for producing RMBS/ABS pre-sale and new issuance reports for the EMEA region.
-Developing VBA-enabled tools for various projects to streamline the review process.

Appraised and underwrote mortgage loan applications for various mortgage products, ensuring compliance with credit policies
Assessed financial statements and data to analyse risk levels and support informed credit decisions
Collaborated with legal, technical & risk containment teams to maintain portfolio quality and mitigate potential risks

Appraise/underwrite the loan for various retail asset products within time bound schedule.
