Lead and support asset management activities across a national portfolio that includes more than 1,700 vehicles, corporate facilities and non-core real estate assets.
Coordinate fleet governance, maintenance follow-up, fuel control, odometer discipline, vehicle tracking initiatives, availability monitoring, cost control and operational compliance.
Serve as Business Expert for the first implementation of the General Services module in Oracle JD Edwards ERP, supporting fleet, assets, maintenance, requisitions, workflows, reporting, and interfaces with Finance, Procurement and Logistics.
Prepare and consolidate the Directorate CAPEX / PAO for fleet renewal, rehabilitation, requalification, and construction of corporate facilities, prioritizing investments based on risk, operational criticality, and budget availability.
Produce technical opinions, memoranda, executive reports, dashboards, and corrective action follow-up instruments to support management decisions, audit response, contractor performance, and continuous improvement.
Lead technical work on the strategy for non-productive real estate assets, supporting the evolution from dispersed internal management toward a more professionalized asset and property portfolio model.
Support national diagnostic, capacity building and monitoring initiatives for local fleet managers, including standardization of minimum reporting models and field-based validation of fleet data and compliance evidence.
