- Develop annual sector strategies and implement plans for the sector.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to guide the delivery of capacity building, technical assistance, and financial support initiatives for start-ups and micro-enterprises in the GCD economy.
- Conduct comprehensive scoping and mapping exercises to identify Business Development Service Providers (BDSPs) with the potential to support MSMEs in the green, circular, and digital (GCD) economy.
