Manage Philanthropies/CSR operations in Nigeria with an investment of over 150 million
dollars.
● Support Microsoft Philanthropies priorities across SSA in alignment with the business and
philanthropies (CSR) impact.
● Manage strategic local nonprofit partners for nationwide projects/programs
● Manage international development partners and partnerships on regional projects with a
presence in Nigeria. These include UNICEF Nigeria, UNDP, AFDB, ISDB, International Trade
Centre (ITC), BOI,World Bank, Water Aid, The Commonwealth, Plan International etc.
● Manage Microsoft Partnership with Federal Government of Nigeria through the Ministry of
Communication, Innovation and Digital Economy (MoCIDE) for the:
○ National Digital Skill Nigeria Program to skill provide digital access to 5 million
Nigeria with a commitment from to train 1Million through CSR(Philanthropies
resource)
○ National Technology Talent Development
○ Facilitate Microsoft support towards The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT)
programme.
○ Align FGN partnerships with state government skilling initiatives : Anambra State,
Enugu State, Lagos State (LSETF) etc
● Internal and external stakeholder engagement connected to Microsoft Philanthropies
commitment.
● Initiate and manage Public Private Partnerships (P3) for the key projects.
● Facilitated partnerships with corporate foundations such as MTN Foundation, Sterling One
Foundation, Tony Elumelu Foundation, AIG Imoukhuede Foundation etc
● Grant and budget management as well as administration
● Relationship management with government stakeholders to drive digital capacity
building for government workers through unique programs.
● Build the capacity of nonprofits in Nigeria and key African regions through grants,
technology investments, training etc.
● Designed and implemented employee engagement and volunteer programs for
Microsoft employees in Nigeria and across Africa.
● Fundraising toward Microsoft Global Giving Campaign to support Non-profit causes
through the Give campaigns season.

Successfully ran and managed the Professional Volunteer Program (PVP) to support 30
nonprofits across Africa.
● Mobilized and increased the volunteer database from 20 to 600 volunteer experts for Pro
bono support
● Over 50 hours of pro bono consulting service to build nonprofit capacity.
● Raised over =N=20M funds and mobilized resources for events and special intervention
projects in Nigeria
● Support management of grant cycle (valued over $1Million annually) from application to
disbursement and reporting while building grantees capacity where needed.
● Established multi partnerships to build capacity for social enterprises and non-profit
organizations: including Microsoft, ANDE West Africa, GIZ PME, Lagos Business School
Sustainability Centre, Tolaram Group, HIS Towers, Verraki Africa, The Bulb Africa, Sage
Foundation, British American Tobacco West and Central Africa and Oracle.

Supported and oversaw the Ishk Limb Center Program providing one-day production to
amputees in Nigeria.
● Managed the Ishk Skill Hub hands-on program that supported over 300 young persons in
skilling and reskilling on vocational education.
● Securing employment and job placement for 60 job-ready beneficiaries and an
additional 100 set up for entrepreneurship path
● Secured 4 technical training partners across 4 major locations in Lagos. This provided
access to over 20 trainees over a 3 – 6 month training period.
● Set up a 20-person volunteer facilitating faculty for 1 week of quarterly soft skills training;
● Grant management and review for 6 special grants at the peak of the Covid-19
pandemic leading to a $10,000 investment
● Managed and monitored projects of 6 Independent grants partners.
● Planning and execution of graduation and training programs
