Faith Chepkorir Ngetich

Faith Ngetich is a passionate Environmental Policy student at the University of Nairobi, where she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy. With a keen focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policy and legal compliance, she combines her legal background and advocacy work to drive sustainable development and climate resilience in Africa. Faith holds an LLB from Kabarak University and is also a certified secretary, reflecting her strong foundation in governance and ethics. She is a certified professional in key areas such as net zero, biodiversity, and sustainable development, having completed courses from prestigious institutions like the UN University and the University of Cambridge. In addition, she has undertaken studies in global biodiversity and sustainable development frameworks. Her professional journey includes working full-time as an advocate, where she applies her expertise in regulatory compliance and ESG. She also runs Zhuri Feeds, a growing agricultural venture specializing in dairy and broiler starter feeds, further showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to sustainable business practices. She is also a sustainable mushroom farmer, creating employment opportunities in the process. As the founder of Adheris Africa, Faith consults on ESG matters, helping organizations navigate and implement sustainable practices. Her leadership extends to the mental health space, where she has served as a research team leader at We Hold a Hand, contributing to articles and advocacy for mental health awareness. Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Faith is actively engaged in various global initiatives. She is exploring the possibility of attending the RENA Youth Camp 2025 and applying for the St. Gallen Symposium, a prestigious program focusing on leadership and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her involvement in these platforms reflects her dedication to contributing to international conversations on sustainability and policy leadership. With a solid foundation in law, governance, and sustainability, Faith’s work embodies her passion for social justice, empathy, and mental health advocacy, making her a dynamic leader in the fields of ESG, environmental policy, and sustainable development.
