Duties
• Conduct EIA for upcoming projects.
• Develop tender documents.
• Identify and address key environmental, social, and safety risks, implementing
necessary measures.
• Conducting field studies, data collection
and analysis.
• Project management
• Carrying out environmental audit activities and preparing Environmental Audit reports
• Preparing ESIA reports, these reports often include descriptions of the project, potential environmental impacts, mitigation measures, alternatives analysis, and public consultation outcomes.
• Carrying out social impact assessments for proposed projects.
• Carrying out stakeholder engagements and coming up with stakeholder engagement plans for proposed projects.
• Undertaking in project supervision during project implementation.
• Resettlement action plan for proposed projects. (RAP)
• Develop and recommend mitigation measures to minimize or offset adverse environmental impacts of projects.
• Conduct public consultations, address concerns, and incorporate feedback into the assessment process.
• Ensure that all assessments and reports comply with relevant environmental regulations, standards, and guidelines.
