Deliver technical support for home security systems and smart home devices to both customers and field engineers
Troubleshoot issues with various smart home components, including security cameras, motion sensors, thermostats, and lighting systems
Utilize Salesforce, virtual machines, and remote connections to diagnose problems, resolve customer inquiries, and dispatch field engineers as needed based on incident tickets

Provide comprehensive customer service for security systems, including configuration, quotation, installation, and ongoing maintenance
Manage fire detection and alarm systems, access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems
Lead a team of technicians, planning, scheduling, and coordinating high-quality installations
Maintain detailed records of maintenance crew performance and weekly production logs
Ensure seamless project execution by collaborating with other departments, utilities, and businesses
Handle inventory control and record-keeping for efficient resource management
Provide IT support, troubleshooting computer and network issues
