Harnessing Upwork Data to Empower Freelancers:

This project delves into the dynamic world of Upwork, extracting key insights to guide freelancers toward success. By meticulously analyzing trends in job postings, pricing, skills, and geographic preferences, we aim to empower freelancers with actionable strategies to optimize their visibility, rates, and overall positioning on the platform.

Technical Approach:

1. Data Acquisition:
   • Python script seamlessly extracts real-time job data from Upwork's RSS feed, and the MongoDB database efficiently stores and manages the dataset.

2. Data Visualization:
   A comprehensive Power BI dashboard brings insights to life through four interactive pages:

   Posting Trends Page:
   • Uncovers hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly patterns in job posting activity, revealing optimal times for freelancers to submit proposals.

   Pricing Insights Page:
   • Dissects payment distribution for both hourly and fixed-price jobs across all categories, empowering freelancers with accurate pricing strategies.
   • Showcases key statistical measures (min, max, upper/lower fences, quartiles, and median) for informed decision-making.

   Best Pricing Opportunities Page:
   • Highlights the most lucrative job categories for both hourly and fixed-price projects, directing freelancers toward potentially higher-paying opportunities.
   • Visualizes the proportion of hourly versus fixed-price jobs, guiding freelancers in aligning their work preferences with market demand.

   Geo & Market Analysis Page:
   • Identifies geographic hotspots for specific job titles and skills, enabling freelancers to tailor their profiles and target their efforts effectively.
   • Reveals the most in-demand skills within different job categories, empowering freelancers to strategically enhance their skill sets.

• Use Google app script to do some tasks.
• Create a testing page to test upcoming trades.
• Make complex calculations and measures related to Forex Trading.
• Cleaning, processing, manipulating data, and storing them in a well-organized and well-structured way.
• Make a visually appealing Dashboard and show detailed information about trading account performance.
