Job Description
Position: Senior Finance Manager, South Africa
Objective: Join our leadership team to expand reach and drive financial and digital inclusion across South Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial management and compliance operations in South Africa.
- Ensure strong controls, accurate reporting, and strategic financial insight.
- Drive local performance, ensuring alignment with group-wide objectives.

- Lead end-to-end financial reporting, control, and planning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Serve as a strategic partner, contributing to commercial decisions through financial modelling, scenario planning, and business case development.

Otros requisitos
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) or equivalent)
- At least 5 years’ post-articles experience
- 2–3 years in a finance leadership capacity
- Experience in a high-growth or multinational environment
- Big 4 training or equivalent technical foundation
- Strong expertise in IFRS reporting, internal controls, and statutory compliance
- Proven experience building and presenting business plans, investment cases, and partnership proposals
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- Structured, analytical mindset and high attention to detail
- Confidence managing tax, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness
- Ability to build relationships across departments, working collaboratively with Group Finance and senior leadership
