Assisted in the development and implementation of the Vault Management System (VMS) that keeps track of currencies at the Bank of Ghana (Impact 05 Project R5 Implementation). Also assisted in the Bank PHB R8 Implementation. Responsibilities included: • Studied the VMS business and technical specification document as well as same for the automated teller machine (ATM) for Bank PHB. • Tested, troubleshooted and customized some T24 version screen for full proof of their functionalities. • Designed T24 reports and wrote subroutine programs for input validations and authorization using jBase programming language. Other reports ranged from asset register, loans and deposits, T-Bills, tellers, letters of credit, documentary credits and deal slip etc. • Monitored Close of Business (COB) and captured screenshots of errors. • Assisted in end user training.
Projects
Developed an all-in-one school management and accounting software, which required adaptability and flexibility for all institutions both corporate and enterprise such as colleges, manufacturing, retail shops and warehouses, hotels and hospitals, consulting and advisory firms, micro-finance and investment companies. Responsibilities included: • Analysis of the existing system of a few selected institutions such schools, hospitals, financial institutions and some small businesses. • Programming and development of all the above software modules using PHP/MySQL. • Advertising and marketing of the software products. • Presentation of software products to potential clients.
