Started a new paints industry in Qatar, with the purchasing of suitable machinery for optimum production. Purchasing of suitable lab equipment for conducting laboratory procedures on raw materials and finished good. Recruiting specialized personal for different positions(Laboratory supervisor, production manager) Ensuring the development of new types of paints. Material purchasing from different sources depending on quality of each. Ensuring customer satisfaction of finished goods. Optimizing paint formulation to suit production process. Daily morning meeting with factory staff for daily agenda. Held meeting with CEO and GM for monthly updates of sales and projects in Qatar. Redesigned some machinery connection for OEE.

Production and supervision of AA proof ethanol from cassava tubers through a complex process including preparation, yeast propagation, cooking/liquefaction, fermentation, and finally distillation. Ensuring efficiency through minimizing cost by optimizing the amount of steam consumed in relation with the feed introduced. Optimizing production through guaranteeing a stable process by ensuring stability of different parameters for example: vacuum, temperature, and reflux. Lab supervision of following conducted experiments: Ethanol strength, Starch Content, Sugar content, Water quality, Density, Ash content, and all above experiments were conducted several times.

Processes of formation of Cement from different components. From extracting rocks from mountains till grinding and heating in Kiln and Furnace. Monitored the emissions of (CO-CO2-SO2) from autoclave and other units.

Conducted 240 hours lab tests including but limited to: Oil classification, Octane analysis (MON-RON), Density, Specific gravity, Sulfur content, Colorimeter, Viscosity ASTM distillation.
