Evaluating the feasibility and impact of fermenting coffee with yeast.
Aimed to evaluate the impact of yeast on the sensory characteristics of coffee i.e. taste and aroma.
The research study also entailed a comprehensive evaluation of the process, comparing the results to conventionally processed coffee and understanding the economic feasibility of the process.
