About the role

Description

We are looking for intermediate-level English-speaking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Customer Support team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails from website users
  • Managing questions, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website user’s inquiries

Other requirements

Requirements

  • Intermediate English language skills (verbal and written) - intermediate proficiency, B1 level
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Attentiveness, positive attitude
  • Right to work in Egypt
  • Computer literacy and good MS Office knowledge
  • Experienced in a target-based/KPI driven environment is a plus
