About the role
Description
We are looking for intermediate-level English-speaking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Customer Support team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails from website users
- Managing questions, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website user’s inquiries
Other requirements
Requirements
- Intermediate English language skills (verbal and written) - intermediate proficiency, B1 level
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Attentiveness, positive attitude
- Right to work in Egypt
- Computer literacy and good MS Office knowledge
- Experienced in a target-based/KPI driven environment is a plus
