Our Customer Care trainee is primarily customer experience oriented and will be involved in creating and building relationship with our customers through managing their enquiries, waiting list, preferences, etc. Most importantly, our Consultant will provide exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience when getting in touch with us
What you'll be doing
- Answering calls and Emails
- Sending template emails for the undelivered emails
- Dispatching orders to the courier
- Monitoring the flow of the orders
- Inbound and outbound calls
What you’ll need to succeed Fluent Arabic and English Great communication skills A high level of technical ability, and an affinity with the luxury consumer A commercial, sales driven approach The ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving A flexible attitude and positive approach
