About the role
Description
To assist the Government Relations Supervisor and Government Relations staff with the coordination, facilitation, and advancement of work-related priorities and other initiatives.
- Plans, develops, implements, administers, and evaluates programs, activities and daily operations related to the governmental affairs support function.
- Works with local, regional and national government officials and groups with respect to the company's involvement.
- Be up to date with regards to any changes or amendments to government rules/regulations, changes in forms / formats and other government procedures.
- To interact with any government authorities/agencies on administrative matters when required.
- Developing internal and external relationships using formal and informal channels to liaise with appropriate authorities / bodies or contact persons to resolve any problems or matters concerning the company, its operations or employees.
- Manage the communication with all Government Offices, Ministries, Chamber of Commerce, Police Departments Labor Office, Jawazat, MOF etc. as required.
Other requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Approximately 3 years' experience
