Lead a team of Instrument Technicians for turnaround maintenance activities on valves, transmitters, and other instrument equipment
Carry out inspection of newly procured instrument materials and ensure they are according to specification
Lead and supervise a team of contractors for project execution and ensure construction activities are according to installation specification
Supervise the maintenance and repair of Instrumentation & Control systems in hazardous areas in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
Ensure that Instrumentation performance tasks and plant change implementation meet the Company and regulatory HSE requirements
Maintain a high standard of safety practices in the execution of daily work, and always follow the company's established procedures
Work hands-in-hands with Project Engineer, construction engineer to review construction work pack, assist in preparing As-built documentation and red-line mark-up
Develop spare parts identification and optimize the spare parts consumption
Carry out periodic maintenance, calibration, validation, and inspection of a wide range of field instrumentation and provide leadership during commissioning, shutdown maintenance, overhaul outages, and startup
Work with other arms of engineering and operations to deliver quality maintenance according to the Nigeria LNG standards
Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate, and test a wide variety of industrial instruments that record, indicate, control, and regulate level, flow, pressure, temperature, position, and process analysis
Ensure that Instrumentation performance tasks and plant change implementation meet the Company and regulatory HSE requirements
Maintain a high standard of safety practices in the execution of daily work, and always follow the company's established procedures
Have a strong knowledge of Nigeria LNG e-tools such as PACER, Livelink, AMS device manager, Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI), PI process book, and PTW, in an objective manner to optimize the Instrumentation maintenance results
Have good knowledge and interpretation of Instrument loop diagram (ILD), Process engineering flow scheme (PEFS) or P&ID, electrical, and various schematic diagrams
Have a strong knowledge of field instrumentations such as transmitters, valves, actuators, valve positioners, switches, sensors, and vibration monitoring instruments
Have good knowledge of testing equipment such as Multimeter, Druck Pressure calibrator, Fluke Milliamp Source, MACROCAL and TME for temperature measurements, HART Communicators, and frequency generator, etc.

Have a strong working knowledge of testing equipment such as Multimeter, HART Communicators, Pressure calibrator, Loop Calibrator, Temperature calibrator, etc. when carrying out troubleshooting and functionality tests
Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate, and test a wide variety of industrial instruments that record, indicate, control, and regulate level, flow, pressure, temperature, position, and process analysis
Correct application of Instrument loop diagram (ILD), Process engineering flow scheme (PEFS) or P&ID, Instrument index, Hook-ups, and other various schematic diagrams when executing construction activities
Carry out insulation resistance test of cables using Mega tester and carry out functionality tests of equipment
Test for continuity, simulation, and carry out loop checks on transmitters
Installation of stanchion support for transmitters
Fabrication of unistrut supports and cable trays
Isolation of power sources and knife edges in the FAR Managed and controlled wells as needed
Inspect oil and gas wells
