The Early-Talent Forum is the first annual youth summit focused on helping early-stage talent with a variety of diplomas and areas of interest better understand requirements, transformations and opportunities for the next decade.

Antes de este cargo, Carlos fue Vicepresidente Senior de la Unidad de Ventas Digitales, Vicepresidente de Ventas para el Segmento Empresarial, Director Senior del segmento de Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas y Director de la División de Televentas para América Latina.

Carlos inició como estudiante en Oracle y cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en el sector tecnológico, y

## About Kira Gidron:

Kira recently joined Lumni, a Latin American social enterprise that finances post-secondary education, as the new CEO. Prior to this, Kira served as the leader of the Marketplace for the 4th IR of Aspen Institute's Global Opportunity Youth Network and Fundación Corona, working to connect youth to the tech sector. 

Kira had previously spent 7 years with Accenture, a global consulting and technology company, where she did projects with companies and governments around the world in smart cities, internet of things, sustainability, accessibility and more. 

She is passionate about social impact and innovation, and has focused on education and employment over the last 4 years. Kira has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in systems engineering from Cornell University. 

Kira loves to travel the world, and has lived in multiple cities and countries, but currently resides in Bogota, Colombia.

## Sobre Hernan Armbruster:

Hernán es líder de los negocios de Trend Micro en la región de las Americas, que está compuesta por Estados Unidos, Canada, America Latina y Caribe. 
Tiene mas de 25 años trabajando en la compañía, habiendo comenzado como ingeniero de soporte técnico para algunos países de América del Sur, para luego liderar los servicios de la empresa en la región de América Latina, y continuó su carrera como Country Manager de Brazil, luego de México, y como Director de Operaciones para las regiones de Canada, Latin America and Caribbean. 


Hernán cuenta con un Executive MBA de la universidad IBMEC de Brazil, un Executive Program de la Smith School of Business de Queens University en Canada, y una licenciatura en Sistemas de Computación por la universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas (CAECE) en Argentina. 

En Abril de 2017, Hernán fue nombrado como uno de los 50 más influyentes líderes hispánicos en Ibero America y América Latina por el Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC). Junto con sus colegas ha trabajado con fuerzas de la ley en investigaciones de crímenes digitales proveyendo inteligencia y entrenamientos. También ha liderado un conjunto de iniciativas especiales en Trend Micro para contribuir con el desafío de escasez de talento en ciberseguridad desarrollando programas para jovenes talentos en las regiones de Africa, Medio Oriente, América Latina, Canada y Estados Unidos. 

En Noviembre de 2018, Hernán fue reconocido como uno de los ganadores del SANS 2018 Difference Makers Awards. Este reconocimiento fue creado para honrar a aquellos profesionales que han hecho contribuciones significativas en el desarrollo de la industria.


En un trabajo en conjunto con la OEA (Organización de los Estados Americanos), Hernán fue uno de los creadores de la iniciativa Cyberwomen Challenge, una serie de eventos para desarrollar habilidades en ciberseguridad para mujeres que busquen crecer en este campo de la tecnología.

## About Jorge Guevara:

Jorge Guevara is responsible for external and internal communication, and social responsibility for American Express in Latin America, including the activities of the American Express Foundation, which promotes the sustainable development of underrepresented communities and the reactivation of their small businesse, as well as  the Leadership Academy and various projects related to the fight aginats climate change. 
He also the leads the global committee of Communication's Inclusion and Diversity.
He was the founder of the company's PRIDE+ network of colleagues in Mexico, and since 2014 he has assumed the role of executive sponsor of the same. 

Jorge Guevara has spoke at Love4All, Women's Economic Forum (Mexico and Spain), Mexican Association of Communicators, Tec de Monterrey (EGADE and Campus Monterrey), and was in charge of designing and implementing an LGBT+ inclusion workshop for the American Chamber in Mexico.

Jorge Guevara is a Doctor of Psychology, graduated with honors, and holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (honorable mention and Summa Cum Laude) from the University of the Americas CDMX. He also holds a Masters of Administration with Specialty in Human Resources, Master's Degree in Digital Humanities, Bachelor of Psychology and Computer Systems Engineer. 
He has developed scientific research with a phenomenological approach to understand and combat stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV, in addition to promoting adherence to retroviral treatment, entitled "HIV: Stigma is the Disease" and "From the Shadow to HIVda".
Jorge has voluntereed as therapist at Casa de la Sal, supporting people from the LGBT+ community who live or coexist with the virus. 

He is a recurring columnist at the digital edition of Expansión MX on topics related to the diversity and inclusion.
Before joining American Express in 2007, he worked at IBM Mexico, Fleishman Hillard Mexico, and was a journalist for the Reforma newspaper where he also participated in the program "Negocios
Mexico”, a co-production of CNN and Reforma.
