Value Based Entrepreneurship; The Spiritual Quotient with Kanika

Entrepreneurship is rooted in creativity. Creativity is a function of the Spiritual Quotient, which is driven by intent/passion. Most motivated entrepreneurs begin their journey with an intent to make the world a better place. I believe success/failure are both used to define fear-based entrepreneurship, where the outcome is not always an ideal outcome of Value Based Impact. We can focus on the Spiritual Quotient to guide decision making towards open sourced, value-based entrepreneurship.
